Wander Beyond Retreat coverage
$15,000
12 hours of Daily, non-continuous hourly coverage (spread over four days)
Downloadable gallery of edited, high-resolution digital negatives (the “Photographs”)
Two (2) hours of pre-retreat strategy/planning calls as needed
Head shots for VIPs (up to 35)
Commercial release for attendees for a selection of 25 high-resolution “stock” images to use in marketing their own businesses
One photography assistant for the duration of the retreat
One (1) hour of speaker session on the date provided above (the “Session”), one additional hour of Wanderlust brand portraits in town
Downloadable gallery of edited, high-resolution digital negatives (the “Photographs”)
30 minute of cocktail hour coverage afterwards

$2,400
Our standard hourly rate for brand photography is $1500, but we’ve taken that to $1250 for the retreat as a “bulk rate” due to the consecutive days of coverage.
Rather than pricing the 25 stock images you’re hoping to gift students as a separate line item, we’d love to again include those as a gift
This proposal does not include cost of travel for Abby & her assistant, which includes but isn’t limited to airfare, rental car, per diem, etc.
